Both All Year Round Liquor Stax & Gunners Arms Liquor Stax outlets are family owned by husband and wife team Ian and Neryl Waller. Wine specialist Ian studied wine marketing at Roseworthy College in South Australia and worked alongside winemaker Peter Dennis at Dennis Wines in McLaren Vale over many vintages producing quality, award winning wines. His extensive industry experience includes working in retail and wholesale wine and spirit sales, wine buying and managing bottle shops in Launceston and Northern Tasmania since 1986. Ian shares the insight and knowledge from his years of winemaking experience with customers offering expert wine selection and food pairing advice. Since purchasing All Year Round Liquor Stax and Gunners Arms Liquor Stax in July 2016, Ian and Neryl have been working to match or surpass the competition offering better range, prices and service than many other banner groups
