About
CCF Tasmania in partnership with the State Government is Building the Workforce to Build Tasmania. The High Vis Army Project aims to build capacity for the civil construction sector by working with the industry to attract, train, and retain employees, and meet the growing demand of infrastructure projects across Tasmania. CCF Tasmania has developed a skills analysis program with the goal of growing the civil workforce by 25 per cent by 2025.
